IMO, Trent and Tory Collins should take this place back and run it the way their dad did. The place would be packed on a weekly basis.

You know what you are going to get when you go to any track. If you don't like it stay at home. Why get on here and be negative Nancy?? I enjoyed the weekend myself and will be back for years to come.

"Only" 33 cars?? Wow, tough crowd.
There are several race tracks for sale. For those that think an ideal race track would/should be so easy to provide, there's your chance to show us how it's done. Mike Jonas |

Lets see, Record crowd, nice temps, 33 sprints trying to make a 20ish car feature.........Restrooms? I would pizz on my hands trying to pee in a bottle. As for the bleachers...... I would bring my own ladder to sit atop if needed, oh hey I wouldn't even need to leave my seat if the bottle was big enough

As I said in a previous thread thanks to the Fleeetwoods for taking a chance and promoting a high dollar show. I think the rain played a big part in the track conditions and they could have pulled the plug on the show, but they stuck it out. With the Fleetwoods not owning the track, I don't expect them to put a ton of money into the facility. New catch fencing would be a huge (even though it is needed) expense. My biggest conceren was the lack of working caution lights. That track is too fast to have that problem. Also the track lighting is not that good, and with all but 1 light burnt out in turn 2, I felt it was dark enough to be a concern. Those problems could have, and should have been adressed, and can be fixed fairly cheap. With all that being said I would go back again.

a lot of good points here. not grading the track from one day to the other is just plain unexcuseable.
