I have a road trip question. Okay, 2 questions.

1. Which is the best route to Springfield from, say, Terre Haute?

2. Is there any Illinois road construction that we dumb Hoosiers need to know about?

Thanks.

70 to 72 into Springfield . And 64 to 55 into Springfield . I've came back to Illinois both ways after partaking of some fine indiana nonwing action.

Considering doing the SC race, then the POWRi at Macon. Never been to Macon, but according to Google they suggest I64 to I55 to Springfield, then US36 to Macon. How about it dirt in ur beer, does that sound like a plan? According to Google, it is about 44 miles from Springfield to Macon. How about driving time and any issues I need to know about?

Macon is south of Decatur on US 51. Turn west at the gas station. When you leave Springfield take I 72 to US 51 south. Track is on the west side of town. Its hard to miss
