Scratch that somehow rained out. Someone’s going to have to do some explaining for this one

Bloomington is slimey until it gets about two hundred car laps on it. It would have taken the heat race a hour of hotlaps to get it grippy again and a 11pm curfew. I think unless it's earlier now is still almost impossible.

Doesn’t help when you got one vehicle to pack track and 1 tractor. Terra Gator broken, sigh…. Be back Sunday. Yeah forgot about the curfew used too.

It was not doable. A tow truck spun out and got stuck just trying to go up the backshute exit and get on the track. It was way too slimy all around the track to push off cars. The tack itself was not traceable anytime soon. If they had no curfew, sure they could have spent another hour but impossible to do by 11pm. I guess my vacation just got extended. Oh darn!

The track looked decent but everything beyond was a total mess. There was no way to push off cars. I understand they have a curfew as well. I have been very worried the past three or four years for the track as there have been some really, really nice half million dollar and up homes built within earshot of the place.

I walked around behind what is turn two and stopped as it was a total quagmire. There was no way and I am a total skeptic most times!

It is a bummer as I do not think I can make it down Sunday.

Haven't the subdivisions been ******** about the track for 20 years?

The track itself and lower lot is in a flood plain, but that doesn't mean the upper parking field and hillside isn't worth millions. I don't know if the Miles family still owns it or Spiker. But the fact that they put $$ to build that hill side patio's and stuff is promising.

Visit if you can Sunday!
