I have to awaken the dead horse as I didn’t see it on the USAC or THAT website. If someone can point me to the link on cooler policy. Thanks

Is there a support class scheduled?

I thought this was a very good silver crown race. Cars were competitive and the track was racy. I was afraid it would be a dustbowl but it was not.

It certainly was a dustbowl in the modified feature. You couldn't even see the modifieds coming out of turn 4. Painful to sit through a track rework, it had to happen. Track definitely raced top to bottom.

How do you say it?
Respectfully it wasn't the juiced up dust free not have to touch it much other than run down the lip it's been the last two years. To the good. It's been far worse.

Sun and wind kill a track. Kudos to limited track crew that brought that track back to life. We had our doubts, but we were proven wrong. Not an unbearable rework time. Racy top to bottom with cushion at wall with moisture till end and no dust. Can't ask for anything better. Great Champ Car opening night THAT and USAC!

I thought it was a good night. I was glad they ran the mods before that track work. That way the track work coincided with the sun going down. Track really came back better than I thought it could. Hope for success for Terre Haute.
