Heard Ron Dennis will be doing something else next year? Maybe ? Good Luck to whoever might get the chance to drive it.

A great guy, a great driver who is very deserving of the opportunity. The Contos car on pavement has always run good, which should help him to really mature on pavement. Congrats and good luck, Shane!

Best of luck to Shane! He's a great talent and I'm sure will do well in '08!
I totally agree with TQ97. It would be awesome to see the Edison #10 being wheeled by Tate Martz when possible. :checkered: |

tate martz? are you kidding me? in the littler cars he is alright but in the powerful sprintcars he has a LONG ways to learn. Don't think he has even made a feature yet at the local tracks. Dennis would represent well in the 10e.

Nope, I'm not kidding you at all. If he was in a competitive car, that would be a valid point. I want to see what he can do in a good car, with a good team.
By all means, I'm not taking anything away from Dennis, Spencer, or any other driver. I'd just like to see Tate get a good shot, that's all. Carry on... |

I totally agree with TQ97 myself, TATE is a great driver, don,t always blame a driver for the setup of a team that isn,t great at setting up a car yet. I saw him take an average car from 16th to 4th in about 11 laps and 6 of those was on 3 legs the car had broke a shock spud. He is more than an average driver. And done this with a steel block engine, against a bunch of big name alum. motors. Give the man credit where credit is due.
