The absence of ASCT and Illinois Sprint Week leaves Illinois non wing sprint car racing in a rather
sad state. I have found only the three nights at Granite City's Gold Crown Midget Nationals. My dream would be for PowerI to add non wing sprints to their shows as a support class. We are currently waiting for a slot to open up in a shop to weld wing spuds on this year's car.
