I'm sure USAC would love to grow the non-wing brand and pay far better purses.
If USAC drivers keep showing up at local shows for $1200 to win it will never happen. It's going to take a major effort and some growing pains by USAC and the group of drivers to grow it more than what it is now. First step from USAC should be like the Outlaws no racing at a track within 200 miles a day before or a day after scheduled USAC show.

it's hard to compete these days in the middle of the week, and a three hour trip. most of your non wing drivers today are in family owned under sponsored or unsponsored cars. except for maybe the top 10 or 12. cars that normally run. as a track promoter you would know about sponsor money and how hard it is to get. no matter whether you're the top dog or not. most of your sponsorship that someone gets today is because someone knows someone.
