Dear Pat Occonnor Fan,
For a person who likes Kirk, I find it amazing you don't stick up for him and most importantly you have nothing to say Good or Bad about him. So in a word, you have not an opinion. As your post suggest you talk about courage. Don't get it mixed up with troubled thoughts. You have definite got emotional problems. But let's step out of the box. Let's talk with a little courage and voracity. Here goes. I feel in time Kirk will become a respected person in the community. If you have not followed Kirk, he don't post much any more. His love of communicating the words of sprint car racing or minimal. Why is that? Because he is not liked in the sprint car community or respected, otherwise he would post more, get on more columns and express his interests in racing more on the boards or otherwise. Let's all face it. We all love talking about racing but dislike people who have a negative attitudes and have nothing positve to say. I believe in time Kirk will become more repsected in the racing community and his voice will be respected and admired. It may take a few years...maybe many years, but I think it will take time and he has a lot of years to live. Sincerely, Larry "O" and I look forward to those days.:kookoo |

Yep, the best crop of open wheel racers headed to the Chillibowl from
California. They don't get any better crops than those from the West Coast. Read it and Weep! Larry "O" and what did you have to say about Kirk? I didn't think so....blah, blah blu..blah!::moon: |

At last year's Chili Bowl, I made a point of locating the car being driven by Bobby Michnowicz. I wanted to see the guy who had posted on USACFans.com that he hoped that Steve Turner would die of a heart attack. When I found the 49, there were two fellows close to my age working on the car. I asked if a guy named Larry had come with them. One immediately responded, "No. We told Bobby that he could drive the car, but only if Larry did not go to the Chili Bowl with them".
Anyone want to guess which Larry was the subject of that conversation?? |

Larry why are you taking stabs at Spridge??? Someone who contributes as much as he does to the sport should never be questioned. I know many people view him a very easy to get along with and is well like within the community. Maybe the reason he doesn't reply to everything on here and doesn't post on every subject, is because he has a job to do that is time consuming. I would like to bet his like-ability rating is 10x higher than yours, if not more.
