Or are you entitled to say it just as long as no nobody can hear ya?

In certain cases, I can understand Kasey's feelings.

I think you misunderstand the First Amendment. You have the right to free speech, but the people that disagree with you have the right to free speech, also. It doesn't mean that you have the right to say whatever b.s. you want to say and others don't have the right to disagree with you or call you on your b.s.
