With a 68 acre mixed commercial/residential development just starting across the highway from the speedway, this property is worth more as a prime development than a racetrack. With the purchase price being what it is, a racetrack is no longer a smart investment option. Jack will get the money and Gas City/I-69 will be no longer. JMO.

That would be great running the James Dean at Kokomo. Always a large crowd with the classic car run in GC. Not that far away.

I agree I was just stirring the pot 😉 That said it would be cool having the James Dean At Kokomo. Then we would probably attend instead of going to the harness racing in Anderson
