Brent. We must be neighbors. And we are so lucky. Remember this greatest sport in the world. You can not call time out!

I live 25 miles south of Tri-State Speedway (Haubstadt) in Evansville. So I consider that my home track.
I actually went to Bloomington more than Haubstadt, ten times vs nine.
I also think of Terre Haute, IMS and DuQuoin as home tracks. I attended Terre Haute twice and IMS twice, qualifying and Indianapolis 500, and DuQuoin for the Ted Horn 100, total of 24 races.
I didn’t attend Putnamville this year because of driving time and too many classes.

Shadyhill Speedway - 55/56 miles (hour) and is the Closest track to my house. Wish I had the money to buy Shadyhill and update the track and facilities. That place needs a lot of TLC . The area it sits in isn’t bad. But the pit area could be a bit larger. Racing isn’t bad but their biggest issue is they need a new catch fence. The new score board is finally up and working.

Kankakee Speedway - about 65 (about an hour or so drive)

It absolutely sucks bad that Crown Point Speedway and Illiana Motor Speedway aren't open any more those two tracks where about 20 minutes from my house and I miss both like crazy.

I also consider Fairbury my home track even though is 119 miles and just about a 2-hour drive.

Get yourself one of them EV vehicles and cut your time in half, and go more!

The problem is the turn signals don't work on most of them.

I hope they have the weather this year like they had last year. I’ll ride over for the opener again.
