Car Sponsorships, Why isn't there more big sponsors?

I must say that we are a small Mississippi Body Shop and we sponsor two sprint cars locally. One of owners of the sprint car team kept us informed on every move that his driver made, gave us tshirts and welcomed us to every race they were going to etc. we will call them Team 1. The other team owner Team 2 never calls us to tell us where they are racing, have promised shirts, which we haven't seen and other obiligations which have not been fulfilled, therefore, why should we sponsor them next year? We don't care about the monitary things but a phone call would be nice to keep us on top of what "WE" are doing.
Team 1 no longer needs us they have moved on to bigger and better things (ROUSH). However, if they do we will be there to help. It seems we will have a little more money in our pockets next year!
