While Mr Ford was very supportive of getting USAC involved with sprint week, He was not the person who sat up the origional meeting at the Waffle House, where it came to be.
His track was involved from the origional Tri Track Championship that preceeded Sprintweek. I am sure he could come up with a plan to eliminate the obvious parking issues.
