Who else was stout, in his heat race especially, was Kent Schmidt. Looks like he's making progress.

I must admit that I like to see Kurt Gross run, glad he has some money to race this year and always hope he does well. That being said, he desparately needs to learn car control. He ran over or under everything but the concession stand in the B-Main. I counted five yellows he was personally responsible for with one coming after the checkered flag. He is squirrely coming out of just about every turn. I don't know what the opinion of him in the pits is among other drivers but I wouldn't want to be anywhere near him on the race track. I really do hope he improves and can stay on the track and not take out the popcorn stand.
