Go to the weather site I posted on another thread and if you own a car you may start loading because it looks like you may be there all night watching it rain.

I for one hate fireworks and so does our car owner Sonny.

Don I understand your frustration as a car owner and with your best friend doing all he can do to put on a good show being safe is a must.

I am not there so that is all I will say about the track, you are there and I respect your opinion.

Wasn't somebody on another thread complaining about Bloomington charging $15.00 and Haubstadt $22.00 this weekend for POWRI? I'll gladly pay 7 bucks more and know I'll see a properly prepared surface. Hope the 18 yr. old kid gets a handle on things and I wish he and the promoters all the best. Probably not the best week to do an episode of "Track Prep Apprenticeship," though. Just hope we get the show in Sat.

Still in the stands. They are trying to get the track back even though 70% have left. I applaud their effort.

The rain looks to have stopped and the track is being ran in. They're gonna try. I've seen them get a track back after a rain that quick. Echoing what another has said, I applaud their effort. I really REALLY hope POWRi comes back. Good group. Sucks to see it go this way.

Jerry, since we're both at home we can "argue" over the weather.

I think they radar is clearing up and they will be able to finish.

They're calling sprints out to wheel pack. They're close.

I have to remember my curfew Bill, I would give anything if you were there doing what you love.

Hope all is well, I guess we can talk during the short rain delay.
