Wheel cover fines?

So did USAC give Seavey a fine for losing his wheel cover at Lawrenceburg? If not, then they better not fine Hunter Maddox for losing one at Bloomington. Asking for myself.

Should have gotten a 34pt penalty for losing a nose piece in hot laps though.

Any wheel cover dislodging under racing conditions will be subject to a fine.
Just wanna make sure there’s no preferential treatment

If that's how it's actually spelled out in the rule book, I think the key phrase is "subject to." In other words, they might or they might not.
