Can anyone identify this car and driver?

Would this be Dick Atkins in J C Agajanians car? 1965 or 66?

My son got these at goodwill and gave them to me for Christmas. 4 pictures in all and the only I can identify is Chad B in the Hazen car.

Does anyone know if this could be Parnelli Jones?

Could be, jc ran that number, as well as I, in those days, but it isn't me

Also a could be, Pj ran a similar car at Indy in those days, another good guess

Oops, overlap, Chris Baue might know, he was involved with the Jones family at a later time

I’ve seen this photo before and I think it is Dick Atkins at the Sacramento mile in October of 1966, his 1st Dirt champ car win. Sadly 3 weeks later he perished at Ascot along with Don Branson.
