RIP My good friend Nikki Redding!

I am sorry this is a long post but very much worth reading!

Dear Friends...

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news we lost my sweet niece
Nikki tonight (10/27) at 10:10p.m.

Nikki was only 24 years and had fought a long five year battle with
cancer. She leaves behind a precious 4 year old son (my great nephew)
Hunter.

As you can imagine, this has taken a devastating toll on our family
physically, emotionally, and financially. Being so young, like most
of us once were, our family is not prepared financially to provide
Nikki with the proper burial she deserves. And again, like most
people, being so young financial plans for the future were not in
place, including life insurance. Therefore, now that the time has
come to lay Nikki to rest, there are no means to finance this
endeavor.

Out of my love for, and as a great admirer of this brave young
mother's struggle throughout this journey, I'm taking on the
responsibility to try and raise funds to assist in giving Nikki the
proper burial she deserves. A fund has been established, and
donations can be made at any 5/3rd bank location in the "Benefit for
Nicole C. Redding" fund account.. If you feel it in your heart, we
would gladly appreciate and accept any and all donations for this
worthy cause. For those of you that do not have access to a 5/3rd
banking location, please feel free to mail any donations to:

Melinda Freeman and Family
"For the Love of Nikki"
7289 Win Brook Drive
Florence, KY 41042
Please pray for Nikki's precious son - and the rest of our family. We
are feeling a great loss - and our hearts are broken.

Heaven has another angel -rest in peace Nikki - we miss you already.

P.S. Today - Sunday 10/28 is Nikki's precious son Hunter's 5th
birthday. To think that this time five years ago was the happiest day
of her life - and yesterday it ended makes this even more heart
breaking. Again, please pray for sweet Hunter.

God bless you all.

Love,

Diane

I just got off the phone with my dad (Tom Wieck)and he has an auction in Lawrenceburg, IN the first weekend in December. We are going to have also an auction for Nikki and her family. We are going to take any donations we can get!!!

Like I said I just read this post off of another site and just through this together with my dad but we are FOR SURE going to do this. Nikki was a great friend to me and this is the least I can do for her and her family.
Thank You
Toni

P.S. Anybody please feel free to email me at the address above if you have any donations!
