Open wheel standout Bobby Santos III is in the midst of a very busy weekend. Last night at Lowes Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C. he competed in the NASCAR Busch Series race. He was credited with 39th place after getting into the wall about halfway through the event. The remainder of the weekend will find him competing at the Thompson World Series in Thompson, Ct. in at least three different divisions. He qualified 6th fastest for tomorrow's Whelan Modified Tour event. And he will be competing in the NEMA midget and ISMA supermodified portions of the 14 division program. Best of luck, Bobby!:thumb:

OK ! Dwight here we go ! Why are you always pumping this guy up... last time I saw him race he wrecked Eric Gordon on the last turn at ORP after Gordon was clearly the fastest car all night and somehow stole the win sliding backwards And then went over and hit him on the head not knowing whether he was hurt or not. I will stand behind my statement 100% until Eric Gordon comes on this board and says I am wrong. I know he reads this message board sometimes. I know we see each other at the races sometimes this is nothing personal I just know what I saw.

Richard (I know I am in big trouble now) Murray.

:rolling:...Richard, I am not questioning what you saw at ORP. I happen to come from the east coast and saw Bobby's grandfather race modifieds for years there. I, as well as many others, believe he has a world of talent and a great future in NASCAR. If you don't see what I see in him that is your right. But I do pump him up, I will pump him up, and let you pump up whomever you choose to.:moon::applaud:
