Guys, forgive me because I know this has nothing to do with racing, but........ Can anyone really believe that Bob Knight would up and quit "out of the blue" last week at Texas unless he had an idea of what would happen this week at IU.......Funny thing, that all of a sudden, he's availiable and could step in to help out tomarrow..... As they say, tune in tomarrow, for "As the Ball Bouncies"...... ah, what can I say, I'm burnt out on ******** and about all thats left is that "Fancy Racen" and now they in shoeboxes with wings........Wolfe-e

Be a cold day in hell when Bob Knight returns to Bloomington, Indiana for basketball... the next time you'll see his name in Bloomington is on a court....and that won't occur until 5 years after his departure from this earth... either way.... Kelvin needs is pink slip and being a big IU fan...this is just a bad deal and the tarnishing of a good group of players and a tradition.

Sampson just needs to go. IU just needs to admit they made a mistake in hiring him and show him the door now instead of at the end of the season. I would love to have Bobby back but there is just no way.

I think it is kind of scary that IU is noted for their law and medical schools, but have a bunch of bone heads running the university.
My next doctor or lawyer will not be a an IU graduate. |

Bob Knight won't be coming back to Bloomington, Indiana to coach basketball. I could think of a couple of great candidates that would do a great job at IU. The ugly part of the whole thing is still ahead. IU needs to cut it's ties with Kelvin before the NCAA announces it's penalties. Could be a tough couple of seasons for the Cream & Crimson.

Bobby won't be going back to I.U. and I bet he is laughing his rear end off at what is taking place there.

I would think the Spridge-like young coach from Butler, Brad Stevens, would be a good choice.

What has happened is ridiculous and is just plain sad. Sampson and Rick Greenspan both need their asses fired. You hired him so you go as well. There is no excuse for what has happened. Sampson had a second chance and he did the same thing he had already been in trouble for. The NCAA is not going to put in writing that someone lied to them and a university if it isn
