Very efficiently run program. Sprint car feature checkered at 9:35pm. When one race finished, the next was coming on track. Good car count over 4 classes. Staff very friendly and concessions very reasonably priced. Overall, the new promoter has done a nice job.

34 sprint cars, nice field of cars. A few from Michigan, a few Paragon regulars since Paragon was off, a few LPS regulars who chose a different track, a half dozen Burg regulars with Burg weekly shows done for the year, a few Kokomo regulars, and a few outlaws made up the field. $30 pit passes and an exceptional payout through the field, an efficient 4 class show and done at a very reasonable hour. I hope the promoter did well as we would love to go back. Proper scheduling considering other indiana tracks along with Michigan and BOSS should be able to pull full fields.

I hope the promotion did well. Seems like everyone has a positive response to last night. Hopeful that they will run sprints regularly in 2025 and we may make it up there with car.

It would be nice to see Montpellier become the new home for the James Dean Clasic the Thursday before The Four Crown.

No offense but in my opinion that is a terrible idea. No way can they run a USAC midget/sprint doubleheader unless they have MAJOR sponsorship to cover the purse. Why take a chance on a weeknight date that in all probability will not be a money maker. Or worse yet, take a financial bath.
I hope the new promoter keeps doing what he is doing and builds a solid foundation with maybe a couple of sprint car shows per month. Previously Montpelier successfully ran the Midwest Thunder midgets along with non sanctioned midgets throughout the season. Try alternating midgets and sprints with the weekly classes and build from there. He's done a good job in a short period of time. Looking forward to going back and seeing more well run shows in the future. Keep up the good work milkman.
