To avoid the bottleneck at the track on IOW night, drivers will have the chance to pre-register for a drivers card.

I have a link on the front page of our website, or the form is available here ( Attachment 3807.)

If you download the form and fill it out, just bring it and $10 to the track to the Pit Shack and we will have a card ready.

You will also need to contact me at steve@spikerpromotions.com with your info, name, class, car number, and a phone number.

Your picture is on the card as well. If you had a card last year, and want the same picture used, let me know and I will do that. If you have a picture you want on this years card, be sure to include that in your e-mail to me.

We will also be registering drivers at out Test and Tune on 4/2.

Thanks Bill!

Our fax number at the office is 765-653-1522 for those of you who want to get it to us that way.

Just be sure to mention on the form if you want me to use last years picture or if you will be sending in a new one.

I've never understood this "tax." Can you explain the logic behind charging guys ANOTHER $10 to race? Especially from a track that just raised their pit pass price to $30! And before everyone gets bent out of shape, all I want to know is what the collected money pays for. I understand that its "just" $10 but spread over several classes this adds up to A LOT of money!

I just updated the form to include the selection of using last year's photo or a new one.

Rob, I can't answer that. I do not know.

I wonder if it goes to pay for an accountant. I would imagine there are quite a few 1099 forms that get sent out during tax time.
