Fun Fest Results

If anyone is interested in results from the other classes that competed in this past weekends Fun Fest please go to 4M.net in the race results forum (http://www.4m.net/forumdisplay.php?f=3.

In addition to the four classes that have their results posted on IOW we had Mini Stocks, Crate Late Models, Modifieds, Cruisers, Late Models, Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, Bombers and Chevettes.

A total of 765 cars competed setting an all-time Fun Fest record. Also, for the first time we completed all of the Saturday Night Specials on Saturday night and the racing was completed before 9:00 pm on Sunday.

At the completion of Fun Fest former Lawrenceburg Speedway track champion Tom Bipes took a few ceremonial laps in 2007 Lawrenceburg Champion Joss Moffat's #5J sprint car turning the last competitive laps on the 1/4 mile configuration.
