Its Offiical Roush Yates Statement from a high source at RY.

I understand they will be finishing any obligations that are at the shop and not taking on anymore work.

Customers will be serviced through independent engine builders with RY endorsement and tech support.

Well I do have two RY 360's for sale and one 360 Open.

Ford Buyers and those who need maintenance.

I am sure there are several good engine builders. But after we completely got rid of turn 9500 RPM and
re-cammed and redesigned the engines they got a lot faster. Best we could turn was maybe 8400 RPM but the low end torque was great. I can highly recommend
Kercher Engines as you have to design a lot of parts to be able to take apart and assemble a RY 360 engine. Basically we made chevies out of these fords and if you raced against Jared Horstman at Butler or in NW Ohio that was my Ford that Jared was driving. He is #4 NRA Invader points. Also we had to radically modify the entire fuel system. We were able to beat the 410's at Bulter with the Ford K-360's

I think someone's not getting enough attention because 99.9percent of the people on here are focused on ISW and USAC instead of the hey look at us sprint series.

First off we race the fords on dirt.
Just reporting a fact Roush closes the doors
on sprint car engines business.

Ms. Wilshe,

If you knew your Ford racing History, this would not be unexpected news.

Ford Motor Co. has first hyped-to-death and then dropped or cancelled more performance programs than any car company on earth ! Look it up.

Sorry you had the bad experience. I wouldn't wish the harsh hit to the wallet on anyone.

I was on the receiving end of two Ford program cancellations, and vowed never, ever to put myself at risk by FoMoCo again.

I wish the best for you and your teams in the future.
